Laser cutting machine lens maintenance

Before Installation:
1. Neatly dress yourself to avoid dust or hair polluting laser cutting machine lenses.
2. Never blow to laser cutting machine lens while assembling.
3. Laser cutting machine lens should be placed on a smooth and clean table.
4. Clean hands with soap or detergent.
5. Wear thin white clean gloves.
6. Never touch the lens without gloves.
7. Clean the lens dust with clean air spray gun after completion of the lens assembly.

Routine maintenance
Clean the lens before turning on the laser cutting machine every day.
There are three pieces of reflector and 1 piece of focusing mirror (no.1 reflector in the launching exit of laser tube, which is at the upper left of the machine,no.2 reflector located in the left side of the beam, no.3 reflector located on top of the fixed part of laser head, focusing mirror located in the lower part of the laser adjustable lens barrel), laser will reflex and focus through the lens and then emitt from a laser. Lenses can easily get dirt or other contaminants, which cause loss or damage of lens, don't must be removed. Use lens wiping paper with cleaning fluid to clean no. 1 and no. 2 lens and then take off No. 3, lens from the bracket and wipe it in the same way.

Note:

(1) The lens should be wiped gently, do not damage the surface coating;

(2) Hand lens gently while wiping it;

(3) Make sure keep the concave downward during focus lens installation.
