1  the specialized optical fiber laser cutting head: using Germany technology with side impact protection cutting head, with a professional QBH fiber output interface, imported optical lens, high precise focus adjusting function, the minimum cutting interval is 0.1mm, built-in dual high-speed high-precision capacitive sensor, automatic change the distance between the cutting head and cutting materials according to the change of materials’ height , protect the cutting head at the same time, the use of a built-installation, simple structure, more stable operation.

2  red light indicating system: coaxial red light as an indicating source, the adjustment of the optical system is easier, the operating point is more accurate.

3  machine tools and control system: integrate all structure design is of high-performance. Machine gantry helical gear rack dual-drive configuration, high damping bed, rigid, can withstand high speed operation and acceleration. Imported AC servo system and drive system, machine tools drive rack and pinion structure, linear guide rail, ensure high-speed, high precision and high reliability.

4  cooling system: IPG original cooling system, the refrigeration shows temperature , refrigeration unit will automatically work when the water temperature exceeds a predetermined temperature, cooling refrigeration unit will stop automatically when water temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature.

5  the air filter drying unit: Air filters caisson preliminary remove the water, oil droplets and solid particles from the compressed air, improve the purification effect of lower air drying apparatus. Air drying apparatus remove the water,oil droplets and solid particles through the unique design of the piping system, efficient heat exchanger, an evaporator and a cooling gas-liquid separator, make sure of high efficient and stable cutting.

6  machine ventilation and dust removal device: Dual 1.1KW centrifugal fans reduce the dust extraction and maintain a good working environment for personnel and equipment.
