The Regular Maintenance of Laser Cutting Machine

1. Condenser, ventilation and filter
In order to keep the system’s cooling ability in best state, these three parts must be operated after dust removal. Filter can be easily taken from both sides. Remove the dust with a soft cleaner and water. Then airing it.

2. Pure water filter
The filter element needs to be rinsed or replaced at a regular time.

3. The fluid surface
This needs to be checked at a regular time. When the water is lower than the coil, the liquid needs to be added. Moreover, the water quality also is very important. Therefore, it's necessary to change the water regularly. On the condition that there is a small flow pump, operaters can press the red button on the water filter to discharge the air in water system.

4. Dust screen
Wash the dust screen when it gets dirty. Demount the dust screen, and clean it with air spray gun or pipe along with a neutral detergent. Dry and install it.

3. optical path transmission and Focusing System

To meet the requirements for large range metal cutting, combining fiber optical path transmission and specified focus lens, machine will get greatly enhance cutting speed for metal materials.

4. Automatic capacity transducer laser head

Adopting quick response capacitor auto focus unit in laser head, it can sense the uneven surface of work piece condition quickly, accurately positioning laser spot to guarantee the cutting quality.

10. Air Draft and Dust Extraction Unit

1.1KW Centrifugal fan with double lines could remove dust during the cutting to ensure a good working environment, reduce operators and equipments harm caused by dust.
