Laser cutting machine is a high precision equipment, it may recuce the service life as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of laser cutting machine without maintenance. How to carry out cnc laser cutting machine maintenance work? Here are some advices:

1. Check the straightness of the track and verticality of machinery periodically, timely maintain and debug once you find they are abnormal. If you do not do this, the cutting process is possibly not good and the error will increase, which may influence the cutting quality.

2. Siphon off the dust and dirt inside the machine with a vacuum cleaner once a week, all electrical cabinets should be shut to prevent dust.

3. Clean up each rail , remove dust and other debris, wipe the equipment rack, add oil to ensure lubrication without debris. Clean up and lubricate the rail and the motor for more accurately cutting.
