Processing Way Of Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
 
1, Make sure that the sliding panel of blade for fiber laser cutting machine put on the front side, open the big and small pressure plate.
 
2, Use the clamp stripping out the fiber coating layer, reserve length of naked fiber is 30--40mm, use the absorbent cotton or cotton paper encase the fiber, then clean up the fiber only one time, can not use it second.
 
3, Visual observe the edge of fiber coating layer directed at the cutter scale (12--20cm) in a suitable mark, then use the left hand to put the fiber inside the oriented pressure groover of fiber laser cutting machine, need the naked fiber put on the left and right rubber blanket straightly.
 
4, Close the small and big pressure plate of fiber laser cutting machine, push the sliding panel of blade which made the blade cutting up the lower surface of fiber, and free sliding to another side, cut-off the fiber.
 
5, Left hand holds on the fiber laser cutting machine, use the right hand to open the big pressure plate and take out the fiber fragment, put in the fixed container.
 
6, Use the left hand to hold up the fiber, meanwhile use the right hand to open the small pressure plate of fiber laser cutting knife, move away to the cutted fiber carefully. Attention: the tidy fiber section do not touch other objects.
