3. optical path transmission and Focusing System

To meet the requirements for large range metal cutting, combining fiber optical path transmission and specified focus lens, machine will get greatly enhance cutting speed for metal materials.

4. Automatic capacity transducer laser head

Adopting quick response capacitor auto focus unit in laser head, it can sense the uneven surface of work piece condition quickly, accurately positioning laser spot to guarantee the cutting quality.

Air filter eliminated Moisture, oil drop as well as solid particle in the compressed air preliminarily to enhance the purification effect of air in the next air dryer.

9. Air dryer Unit

This kind of device with unique designed pipe system, high efficiency heat exchanger, cooling evaporator and gas-liquid segregator could further remove the moisture , oil drop as well as solid particle in air to ensure cutting efficiency and stable.
 

10. Air Draft and Dust Extraction Unit

1.1KW Centrifugal fan with double lines could remove dust during the cutting to ensure a good working environment, reduce operators and equipments harm caused by dust.
